EPA is allocating funds for a critical enhancement for Forms II Lite Version 6.0. Some of these enhancements will include:

• Brand new system interface design for convenient project management and dynamic tracking operation;
• Expanded tools/facilities with user-friendly features for more efficient and compatible supports; and
• New programming technologies provide higher system quality and performance.

FORMS II Lite Training is Now Available Online!

FORMS II Lite is joining the EPA e-curriculum momentum with a self-paced e-course. With this e-course, FORMS II Lite training is now flexible, and can be accessed anytime and at no cost. This course is hosted by EPA's Emergency Response Virtual University (http://www.ertpvu.org).

Please refer to the following directions to access the FORMS II Lite online training. New Users will need to register before they can access the training (see New User Instructions below). Returning Users may use the link provided in the Returning User Instructions below.

Step 1
New User Instructions

If you are new to the EPA's Emergency Response Virtual University you will need to first register using the following link: http://www.ertpvu.org/kc/login/register.asp.

Registration: To begin registration, type a Login ID and Password. You will enter these each time you access the site. Your Login ID and Password should consist of at least four letters and/or numbers. Your Password is case-sensitive. Click the Submit button.

Select Organization: Either identify your organization by selecting it from the list below and clicking Select, or click Expand to view divisions within an organization.

User Profile: As part of the registration process, you need to provide some general information. Please fill in the fields below and click the Submit button. All required fields are marked with *.

Successfully Completed: You are now a registered user of the ERTP Virtual University. Select Next to go to the Campus Map (Step 2). You can always receive navigation help through the Help function on the toolbar from any location within the site.

Login using the following link: http://www.ertpvu.org.
